Terms of Service

1. Two-Phase Sourcing Payment Model

By placing a sourcing order from China, you agree to our two-phase payment model:

• Phase 1 (Product Deposit): The product invoice cost must be paid in full to initiate production and purchase in China. Sourced orders cannot be cancelled or altered once Phase 1 is processed.
• Phase 2 (Shipping & Clearing Fee): International freight and customs clearance fees are calculated based on weight/volume upon arrival in Dar es Salaam. Sourced items will not be released or delivered until Phase 2 is paid in full.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Certain items imported from China are subject to manufacturer Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). Sourcing orders that do not meet the minimum checkout threshold will be held or cancelled at Fovaci's sole discretion.

3. Sourcing and Custom Clearance

Fovaci acts as your logistics and clearance partner. Estimated transit times (Sea: 14-21 days, Air: 5-7 days) are subject to shipping line schedules, port operations, and customs clearance procedures in Tanzania. Fovaci is not liable for customs delays, port hold-ups, TRA/TBS inspections, or force majeure events.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
